I was in the middle of a very difficult sale involving a client with constantly changing needs. I had known the seller... for a while, so things should have been easy, but by the end, closing dates had been pushed back several times, contracts had been changed at the last minute, and the whole sale itself almost tanked on the final day. Our experience with Amelia and Mortgage Financial Services was amazing! Amelia was well informed and a great... communicator who did not take one bit of information for granted. As a first time homebuyer this brought tremendous value to us! I think that after doing this for a long time some mortgage lenders and loan originators sometimes skip steps or hold back information and they forget that first time homebuyers really don't know anything.
